Warranty Process
To successfully submit a warranty claim please follow the steps below:
Step 1
Complete a Bush-Whacker pre-approval warranty form BEFORE any work has been done to the unit. If applicable, please also submit photos of the defective part. (Any work done prior to Bush-Whacker’s approval may be denied no exceptions!)
Step 2
Send completed form to parts@bush-whacker.com or fax it to 501-945-0072
NOTE: If customer needs immediate attention, place “HOT” in the subject line of the email or on the form itself.
Step 3
Within 24 hours, Bush-Whacker will give notification on the claim status. If claims are approved, a course of action will be explained.
